How to track an NFC tag.
The 3 Steps of our NFC Tag Tracking Process Explained.
➀
Provision & Distribute
- Create a campaign in Delivr.
- Delivr provisions a managed Short URL (Experience URL) for NFC tags for that campaign. You can access this NFC tracking Short URL by clicking “Short URL Variations” under the Campaign Short URL in your dashboard.
- Encode this Short URL into an NFC tag.
- Apply or distribute the NFC tag on your chosen media—such as stickers, product packaging, signage, retail displays, posters, printed inserts, or other physical touchpoints.
➁
Track & Deliver
- A consumer sees the NFC tag and taps it with any NFC-enabled smartphone.
- The interaction is captured and sent to Delivr’s tracking servers.
- The consumer’s mobile web browser instantly launches your campaign’s experience or landing page.
➂
Process & Report
- Delivr processes each interaction in real time.
- Campaign performance data is securely stored and reported through the Delivr dashboard, giving you immediate visibility into engagement and results.
