Please make sure that you have access to the email address associated with your Delivr account and that emails from [email protected] are not filtered out by any spam filters.

Open the Forgot Username Page

Click the “Forgot username?” link on the Delivr Sign In page (or use the link provided). This will take you to the Forgot Your Username? page.

Enter Your Account Email

Type in the email address associated with your Delivr account.

Request the Username Recovery 

Click the EMAIL ME MY USERNAME button. Delivr will send an email with the username associated with your account email address.
Tip: If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The message will come from [email protected]

Locate the Username Recovery Email

Open your inbox and look for an email with the subject line “Forgot Your Username”
