Where can I find my Archived Campaigns?
How to archive and delete a campaign.
Clean Up Your Dashboard Without Losing Data. Need to remove old or inactive campaigns? With Delivr, you can archive campaigns to declutter your Dashboard while preserving all historical data. When campaigns are no longer needed, you also have the option to delete them permanently.
Locate your Campaign
From your Dashboard, find the campaign you wish to archive.
Select Archive Campaign
Click the Archive Campaign icon in the same row as your selected campaign.
Once archived, the campaign will be removed from your Dashboard and placed in your Archive. Archived campaigns are no longer operational, this means the QR code and Short URL will stop redirecting, and data collection is suspended.
Click the Archive Link
At the top of your dashboard, next to the main navigation buttons, you’ll see an Archive button.
Browse Archived Campaigns
All archived campaigns are stored here. You can:
- Restore campaigns
- Click “Restore” to reactivate a campaign. This returns the campaign to full functionality, and it will appear again on your Dashboard.
- Delete campaigns
- View historical reports and performance data
Go to the Archive section.
Locate the Campaign you wish to remove.
Click the Delete icon.
Confirm the deletion.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Use archiving instead of deleting to keep your workspace clean without losing access to performance data or campaign structure.
Campaign Limits & Archiving
If your Delivr’s subscription plan includes a limit on the number of active dynamic campaigns, archiving is a great way to stay within your quota.
For example:
- If your plan allows 100 active campaigns, and you’ve reached that limit.
- You will not be able to create a new campaign until you archive or delete an existing one.
- If you archive 20 campaigns that are no longer needed, you’ll immediately free up space to create 20 new ones, without upgrading your plan.
Can I still see reports for Archived Campaigns?
Yes. Even after archiving, you can continue to access the full historical performance data and reports for that campaign. This ensures compliance, visibility, and record-keeping over time.
