Your Delivr Dashboard is the central hub for everything you do. At its foundation are your campaigns—the core building blocks that connect every link, QR code, and analytic. From here, you can create and manage campaigns, track performance, organize your work, and access account settings. Each section has a clear purpose—here’s how it all comes together.
Navigation Area | Top Row
This row gives you quick access to account-wide tools and support:
- Hello, Account Username. Displays the account you’re logged into.
- Account. Manage your account and company information.
- Security. Settings and recommendations to help you keep your account secure. Update your password and security settings.
- Subscription. Manage your subscription and payment details
- Learning Center. Access guides, FAQs, and help articles.
- Support. Submit a support request.
- Contact. General contact for Delivr.
- Phone Number. Leave a message for sales or support.
Navigation Area | Second Row
Here you’ll find tools for managing your campaigns and brand:
- Dashboard. Returns you to your Campaigns.
- Archive. Stores campaigns you’ve archived but may want to reference later.
- Brand. Centralize your brand’s visual identity. Upload logos, set brand colors, and manage QR code templates to ensure consistent alignment with brand guidelines across all campaigns, assets, and digital experiences.
- Settings. Manage media and campaign locations, connect analytics, configure your custom domain, access APIs, and control other settings.
- Options. Choose the type of campaign to create. Additional creation options may appear depending on your permissions and plan.
- Modules. Manage specialized content such as Files, Forms, Offers, Properties, Galleries, and Scratch Offs.
- Sign Out. Log out of your account securely.
Campaign Creation
From the Dashboard, just enter a link to generate a new campaign with a managed Experience URL and dynamic QR code. "START HERE" is where that creation process begins.

If you have access to other accounts, a dropdown will appear allowing you to switch between them.
The Tabs
Tabs organize your Dashboard so you can switch between different views and tools:
- Workspaces. A customizable area to group and organize starred campaigns and groups.
- Campaigns. View and manage all active campaigns.
- Groups. View your campaigns organised by campaigns group.
- Tags. View your campaigns by assign keyword or phrases.
- Digital Links. All your digital link campaigns, brought together in one place for easy access, collaboration, and management.
- Search. Quickly find a campaign by name, notes, tags, ID, or destination URL.
ccount Status Bar
Displays your subscription level and the status of your allotted number of campaigns.
Dropdown Navigation
These controls help you filter and manage campaigns:
- Select Group / Create Group. Appears when you have cteated at least one group. Shortcut to view Campaign Groups and to create a new Groups.
- Sort by. View campaigns by age/date, activity/views, or Campaign ID.
Bulk Create
Create multiple dynamic QR codes at once from a spreadsheet.
My Campaigns
Your list of campaigns, including for each campaign:
- Campaign managed Short URL, Campaign Name, Notes, ID, Creation Date, and Campaign ID.
- Type of campaign, Destination URL if a URL Type, Access to Campaign Parameters, and Preview
- Report access
- Quick actions for downloading and customizing QR code, editing the campaign, pausing a campaign, and archiving a campaign.
Campaign Export
Export a list of your campaigns with their total view count.
Search Active Campaigns
Find campaigns by ID, Destination URL (or partial URL string), Campaign Name, Campaign Notes, Campaign Tags, Page Title, or Campaign Parameters.
