How to navigate to static QR code options.
To get started:
- Click the "Options" link in the top navigation bar,
OR - Click the subtle three-dot icon (…) just below the “Start Here” URL bar to reveal additional campaign types.
From there, you’ll see two options:
- Static QR Standard Design
- Static QR Custom Design
Static QR: Standard Design
This is the fastest and most reliable way to create an ISO-compliant QR Code. An ISO-compliant QR code ensures global interoperability, better readability, and compliance with regulations. By following ISO/IEC 18004 standards, it guarantees consistent performance across platforms, allowing seamless data sharing and dependable scanning on a wide variety of devices and systems. It’s advised for regulated industries, long-term labeling, or any situation where universal scanability is crucial.
Key Features:
- Data Types Supported. URL, Text, Email, Phone, SMS, Wi-Fi, Event, Bitcoin
- Error Correction Levels. L (Low), M (Medium), Q (25% – default), H (High)
- Margin. Default is 4 blocks (customizable)
- Scale. Default is 3× (customizable)
- Color Options. Custom code and background colors using HEX values
- Contrast Checker.: Ensures your color choices meet the minimum 4:1 contrast ratio for scan reliability
Download Formats: EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF
Note: Static QR Codes are not editable or trackable once created. The encoded data is permanent.
Static QR: Custom Design
Want a QR Code that visually reflects your brand? Our Custom Design tool offers extensive creative control—but keep in mind that these QR Codes are not ISO-compliant. Customizations like unique eye shapes, pixel effects, and embedded logos prioritize aesthetics over strict technical standards, making them ideal for marketing and brand-driven use cases.
Customization Options Include:
- Data Types Supported. URL, Text, Email, Phone, SMS, Wi-Fi, Event, Bitcoin, WhatsApp, PayPal, Skype, Zoom
- Color Palette. Custom background and code colors
- Design Style. Modify pixel style, eye/corner shapes
- Logo Upload. Add a logo or icon at the center
- Frames. Include a call-to-action frame such as “Scan Me”
- Set Options. Adjust margins, scale, error correction, and contrast

Why Choose Static QR Codes?
- The data is directly embedded at the time of creation, no hosting or subscriptions required.
- Doesn’t depend on any cloud platform to work—just scan and go.
Unlike other platforms that only support dynamic QR codes, Delivr gives you the freedom to create both static and dynamic codes, so you can choose the best tool for each use case.
