Reset your password to regain access to your Delivr Account.

Steps to reset your password.

Please make sure that you have access to the email address associated with your Delivr account and that emails from [email protected] are not filtered out by any spam filters.

Open the Forgot Password Page

Click the “Forgot password?” link on the Delivr Sign In page (or use the link provided). This will take you to the Forgot Password? page.

Enter Your Account Username

Type in the username associated with your Delivr account.

Request Password Reset

Click the RESET PASSWORD button. Delivr will send two emails to the username associated with your account.

  1. A email to confirm password reset, open your inbox and look for an email with the subject line  "Reset Delivr Password."
  2. On confirmation a second email will be sent, open your inbox and look for an email with the subject line “Your Password Has Been Reset”

Tip: If you don’t see these emails within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The message will come from [email protected].
